Folding Slingshots

A folding slingshot is judged on what it is like folded, not open. The hinge is only worth having if the folded frame has nothing sticking out to catch on the inside of a pack — which is why the folded length and the profile matter more here than the draw weight.

What you gain is a slingshot you actually carry. What you give up, on most designs, is a little rigidity against a one-piece frame. The models here fold to roughly half their open length and take standard Picatinny accessories on the top deck.
