By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read the safety and legal-compliance sections carefully — they are the important ones.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are buying for lawful recreational purposes. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order we believe breaches this requirement.

2. Nature of the products

The products sold here are precision-engineered recreational instruments intended for supervised target practice. They are not toys. They are not self-defence tools, not hunting equipment unless lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction, and not suitable for children. They are capable of causing serious injury, permanent eye damage, and property damage when misused.

3. Safety waiver and assumption of risk

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will wear impact-rated eye protection every time you shoot, and require the same of anyone nearby.
You will only shoot at a purpose-appropriate target with an adequate backstop, in a location where doing so is safe and lawful.
You will never aim or discharge at any person, animal, vehicle or property.
You understand that steel ammunition ricochets, and that ricochet direction cannot be reliably predicted.
You will inspect bands, pouches and hardware before every session and replace anything worn, frayed or cracked.
You will not pair knot-style bandsets with a mechanical release aid, and you understand that doing so risks equipment failure and ricochet.
You assume all risk of injury or damage arising from your use of these products, and you accept responsibility for anyone you allow to use them.

4. Legal compliance is your responsibility

Laws governing slingshots, slingshot rifles, crossbows and similar devices vary enormously by country, state, province and city — some prohibit them outright, others restrict possession, carry, sale to minors, or specific design features. It is entirely your responsibility to determine whether the item you are ordering is legal to import, own and use where you live before you place the order. We do not provide legal advice on this. Parcels refused, seized or destroyed by customs because of local restrictions are not refundable.

5. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed, if we suspect fraud, an age-requirement breach, a legal restriction at the destination, or a pricing error. Prices and product descriptions may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content on this site is error-free.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, designs and layout — belongs to Slingvora or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slingvora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products, including injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or use contrary to the safety instructions supplied. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Slingvora against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any applicable law.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Slingvora operates. We may update them at any time; the version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
