Track Your Order
Every Slingvora order gets a tracking number by email the moment it leaves our facility. If it has not arrived in your inbox, check your spam folder before assuming something has gone wrong — shipping notifications land there more often than anyone would like.
How to track
- Open the shipping confirmation email and copy the tracking number.
- Paste it into the carrier's tracking page linked in that same email.
- Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear. A number that shows nothing yet usually means the parcel is in the queue, not lost.
What the statuses actually mean
- Label created / Pre-transit: we have packed it and printed the label. The carrier has not scanned it in yet.
- In transit: moving. Long gaps between scans are normal on international routes, especially over water.
- Customs / Held: being assessed for import. This can take several days and is outside our control. If duties are owed on a non-DDP destination, the carrier will contact you.
- Out for delivery: on a vehicle today.
- Delivered: if it says delivered and you do not have it, check with neighbours and around the property first, then contact the carrier within 48 hours.
Tracking has not moved in over a week
International parcels can sit without a scan for 7–10 days and still be perfectly fine. If it has been longer than 10 business days with no movement, send us your order number and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
