Refund & Returns Policy

Please read this alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all included components — frame, magazines, bandsets, release aid, rails and tools.

What we cannot accept back

  • Used bandsets and pouches. These are consumables and are not returnable once removed from sealed packaging, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, disassembly beyond normal maintenance, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Items missing components or original packaging.
  • Any item that has been fired, unless the return is a warranty claim for a defect.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and issue a return address. Do not ship anything back before receiving this confirmation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it with tracking. We recommend insuring the parcel; you are responsible for it until it reaches us.

Return shipping costs

If the return is because the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping. If you are returning because you changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost and the original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, not on us.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Inspect your order on delivery. If something is damaged or a machined part is defective, photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 7 days. We will replace it or refund it — your choice — and cover the shipping in both directions.

Warranty on machined components

Machined aluminium frames, magazines and rails are covered for 12 months against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, consumables such as bands and pouches, damage from misuse or modification, or damage from firing ammunition other than the specified 9mm carbon steel.

Cancellations

We can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This avoids the item you actually want selling out while a parcel is in transit.
