Why a laser
Most slingshots ask you to aim by feel
Instinctive shooting is a real skill and it takes a few hundred shots to acquire. A slingshot rifle with laser sight short-circuits that: the dot goes where the frame is pointed, so the only variable left is your release. Shooters who already aim by feel usually keep the laser for low light.
- A fitted laser means your first session is spent shooting, not guessing
- The telescopic stock fits your draw length, not an average one
- Zero it once and it stays put between sessions
- Retracted, it stows far more easily than a fixed rifle frame
Getting set up
Four steps to a zeroed frame
Ten minutes at the start of your first session saves a box of steel balls afterwards.
Set the stock
Extend the telescopic stock until the anchor point lands in the same place on your cheek every time. Do this once.
Zero the laser
The under-barrel mount is adjustable. Zero it at the distance you actually shoot, not at the longest distance you can.
Brace and draw
Stock into the shoulder, support hand forward. All the power comes from the bands; the laser only tells you where the frame is pointing.
Release into a backstop
Clay pills and target paper are supplied with the fuller kits. Solid backstop behind them, always.
Results depend on your draw, band condition, ammunition and technique. The manual supplied with the product takes precedence over anything written here.
Choosing a laser
Green for day and night, red for daylight
The green laser is rated for day and night use and stays visible at distance - the one to pick if you shoot at dusk or under tree cover. The red laser is a daylight sight: less money, perfectly usable on a target board in open ground, and much less useful once the light drops.
Never point a laser at a person's eyes or at a vehicle.

Responsible use
Before your first shot
A laser makes a slingshot easier to aim. It does not make it safe to point anywhere.
Laser discipline first
Never point the laser at a person's eyes, at an animal or at a vehicle - including while the frame is unloaded.
Assemble to the manual
Fit bands and laser mount exactly as documented and use only the stated ammunition.
Eye protection on
For you and anyone nearby. Bands, pouches and ricochets fail without warning.
Back your target
Solid backstop, clear space behind and around it, never toward people or animals.
Laser output classes and slingshot ownership rules both vary by country, state and city. Confirming what applies where you live is the buyer's responsibility.
Questions
Slingshot rifle questions, answered
Something not covered? Contact us and we will check the documentation.
Green laser or red laser - which should I choose?
Green if you shoot at dusk, at night or under tree cover; it is rated for day and night and stays visible at distance. Red if you shoot in daylight on a target board and want to spend less.
Is the laser adjustable?
Yes. It mounts under the barrel and can be zeroed at the distance you actually shoot.
What is the difference between the six kits?
Two laser colours, three levels of kit. Starter is the frame and laser; Plus and Full progressively add target paper, magnetic ring, spare bands, clay pills and steel balls.
Can this slingshot rifle shoot arrows?
No - this is the steel-ball and clay-pill frame. For broadhead arrows, take the slingshot rifle with arrows and its 20-round chamber.
Is it a folding slingshot rifle?
The stock is telescopic rather than folding, so it retracts but does not fold flat. If you need a true folding slingshot rifle, our folding slingshot goes from 19.7 in open to 11.4 in packed.
Does the laser need batteries?
The laser module is the only powered part of the product. Battery type and life are stated in the supplied documentation.
